In my paper on Organizational Behavior Theory, I demonstrate the application of key motivational theories such as Maslow's, Herzberg's, and Self-Determination Theory within the context of Planet 13 Holdings Inc. By analyzing the company's hierarchical structure, I highlight how organizational design impacts employee motivation, aligning with the course objectives.
