My Work
My Servant Leadership project report explores the seven pillars of servant leadership outlined by Sipe and Frick, reflecting a deep engagement with the philosophical principles and values-driven approaches essential for cultivating growth in individuals and organizations. By discussing concepts such as character, putting people first, and moral authority, I align my personal experiences—particularly in the context of my basketball team—with the course's emphasis on how values shape leadership decisions and behaviors. This understanding of servant leadership equips me with the tools to foster positive, sustainable changes in various career settings. As I apply these principles, I can promote a culture of collaboration and ethical decision-making in business environments, ultimately contributing to organizational success and nurturing a just and caring workplace. My experiences demonstrate that effective leadership is not just about directing others, but also about empowering them, enhancing my capabilities in any professional endeavor.
